BankJobz is a job board for roles at banks and credit unions, operated from Alabama, USA. By using bankjobz.com you agree to these terms.

What BankJobz is, and isn't

• We publish job listings of two kinds. Direct postings are placed and paid for by the employer. Sourced listings summarize publicly advertised openings in our own words and link to the original posting.
• BankJobz is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the employers shown unless a listing says otherwise. Employer names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify whose opening it is.
• We are a listing service, not a recruiter or employer. We don't guarantee any job is still open, that any application gets a response, or that any candidate is suitable. Always confirm details with the employer.

If a listing is about your institution

Employers can ask us to correct, claim or remove a sourced listing at any time by emailing listings@bankjobz.com. We honor those requests promptly, normally within one business day.

Accounts and sign-in keys

Employer posting keys and candidate sign-ins are personal to you. Keep them private; anything done with your key is treated as done by you. Tell us if you believe a key has been compromised.

Employer postings and payment

• A posting costs $99 per posting, per month, billed by Stripe as a monthly subscription. You can cancel a posting any time from your dashboard; it stays live through the month already paid, then comes down. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires or we failed to provide the service.
• You're responsible for your posting's content: it must describe a real job at your institution, be accurate, and comply with employment law, including equal-opportunity and non-discrimination requirements.
• We may decline or remove postings that are misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, not banking-related, or not actual jobs (such as franchise or commission-only recruiting schemes), with a refund of unused time in that case.
• Applicant information you receive through BankJobz may be used only for hiring at your institution, and you're responsible for handling it under applicable privacy and employment law.
• Talent-pool access comes with an active posting and may be used only to recruit for roles at your institution. Don't attempt to identify anonymous candidates, and treat anything a candidate shares after an invite as applicant information under the rules above.

Candidates

• Keep your profile and résumé truthful. When you apply to a job, you authorize us to deliver your application and résumé to that employer.
• Job match scores are automated estimates to help you browse, not hiring decisions, promises or advice.
• The talent pool is opt-in: employers see an anonymous summary and may invite you to apply by email. An invite is an expression of interest, not a job offer, and you're never obliged to respond.

Institution directory

Directory pages describe banks and credit unions using public FDIC and NCUA data, which may lag an institution's own reporting. A directory page doesn't mean the institution uses BankJobz. Institutions can ask us to correct their page at listings@bankjobz.com.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk-copying the site, no posting malware or spam, no attempts to access others' accounts or data, and no using applicant data for anything but hiring.

Our content

The BankJobz name, site design and our listing summaries are ours. Facts about jobs are facts, and the original postings belong to their publishers.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, BankJobz isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid none). Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes, termination and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and noted on the site, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Questions: listings@bankjobz.com.
